- Initial Assessment: £100 (90 minutes)
Begin your therapeutic journey with a comprehensive assessment session lasting 1.5 hours. This session allows us to discuss your background, challenges, and goals, setting a strong foundation for our work together. - Ongoing Sessions: £70 per session (50 minutes)
Regular one-to-one sessions are designed to support you in addressing your mental health challenges. These sessions can take place in person in Dumfries or online, depending on your preference.
